SHIPPING POLICY
Auntie Peaches orders ships in 7-9 business days upon receipt of payment and/ or item availability. If an item is not available in the apothecary, our representative(s) will inform you to help you make a decision.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Auntie Peaches Natural and Organic Herbal Apothecary offers quality, natural products. Natural products have a shorter shelf-life once opened than most products produced by our competitors. However, the benefit is a better, healthier and all natural product for our consumers. Due to the fragile nature of our products and to avoid possible contamination our general return policy is as follows:
All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.
EXCEPTION TO EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept EXCHANGES only for sealed products (i.e. supplements) with the same or higher value. Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 7 days of original purchase date to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be returned to Auntie Peaches in the original condition (resell-able condition) as it was when purchased.
PAYMENT METHOD
Auntie Peaches accepts all major forms of payments to include: Visa, Master, Discover, American Express and some employer health cards with Visa or Master logo. And Cash is always good.
